Veteran owned and operated small business offering high quality freeze dried foods. We freeze dry: cakes, caramels, fruits, ice creams (scoops, bars, cones, sandwiches) and dairy free bars, marshmallows and yogurts. Through the freeze drying process 98%-100% of the moisture is removed from the foods inside a vacuum sealed chamber with extremely low temperatures and heating which naturally preserves the food up to 25 years. We are a licensed and insured food processing facility in Olympia, WA. After launching in December 2023 we proudly have product in two local grocery stores and a new cafe. We also have our freeze dried strawberry chunks inside a featured drink. We operate at various community based vendor events.
